Parcels identified as being used as dwellings must be visually flagged in the XProv map with a red border.
Initial dwelling parcels
Use the dwelling-parcel data exposed by GeoServer for these Habitação entries:
Zona 1 E - Obra Geral: Prédio 152
Zona 1L - Túnel do Mamodeiro: Prédios 215, 216, 217, 218, 220 and 236
Zona 1 AH - Ponte s/ Rio Vouga: Prédio 680
The source list also includes Prédio 213 (Garagens) and Prédio 221 (Armazém); these should not receive the dwelling red-border styling unless the business rules change.
Expected behavior
When a dwelling parcel is visible on the map, its parcel outline is rendered with a clearly visible red border while preserving the existing parcel/layer behavior.
Acceptance criteria
XProv consumes the dwelling-parcel data from the GeoServer-backed service.
All identified dwelling parcels receive a red border.
Non-dwelling entries such as garages and warehouses are not styled as dwelling parcels.
The red border remains legible over supported basemap and map-layer styles.
