Add a north pointer control to the map.

Expected behavior:

The pointer is hidden while the map is oriented north-up.
The pointer appears whenever the map is rotated away from north.
Pointer appears on the lower right corner.
Clicking the pointer rotates/resets the map back to north-up orientation.
The pointer updates or hides again when the map returns to north-up orientation.
