Add European Portuguese (pt-PT) translations to the application.

Requirements:

  • Add a complete pt-PT translation catalog for user-facing text.
  • Use European Portuguese wording and conventions rather than Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Ensure labels, buttons, status messages, warnings, errors, and other visible UI text are translated.
  • Make pt-PT available through the application language selection.
  • Verify missing strings fall back to the default language.

Dependency:

  • Depends on #23 for the multilingual translation system.
