Requested changes

Update the parcel search card copy:

  • Change the heading Find parcel to Find.
  • Remove the visible Parcel number label (including the typo variant Parce number if present).

Acceptance criteria

  • The card heading displays Find.
  • No visible parcel-number label is shown above the input.
  • The input remains accessible with an appropriate programmatic label or accessible name.
  • Existing placeholder, search behavior, and status messaging remain unchanged.
